Upon graduation from UW-Madison, Jill spent several years in the Computer Industry running her own consulting firm before switching careers to realize her passion — design. Jill and her husband, Paul, founded Dybdahl Design Group in 1992. Jill has spent over sixteen years honing her design skills and studying design periods. She enjoys designing in extreme architectural styles – contemporary to old world.
Jill continues to explore diverse design practices such as Wabi Sabi and Feng Shui. When a client requests, Jill works closely with a local Feng Shui expert using the ancient Chinese philosophy to create designs that are aesthetically beautiful and provide her clients with a sense of serenity in their new space.
Jill loves to cook and entertain guests at her country home. Her kitchen designs are not only beautiful but also transform into a lovely functional hub for home entertainment.
USTA
Anna has had a passion for music for as long as she can remember. Her music took her to LA at 16 to follow her dreams. After a few years in the music industry she found further education in the field would benefit her. She moved to Minneapolis where she received her Bachelors Degree in Business with specialization in Music Business at Augsburg College. She completed her degree in London where she worked for a record label, Lomax Records.
Following school Anna’s parents (Paul and Jill Dybdahl) informed her of an open position at Dybdahls. She returned home where she met her now husband, Jeff. They have a daughter, Charlotte, and live happily in Middleton. Charlotte comes to work with Anna every day!
Anna can be found in local venues playing music with her band SUPERTUESDAY and on the tennis courts, her other passion!

As Lead Design Assistant, Brooke brings project management skills, an extreme attention to detail and a cultured eye for design to every Dybdahl Design Group project.
In addition to immersing herself in European architecture during her studies abroad, Brooke worked in several design internships and acquired a vast knowledge of cabinetry, kitchen and bath design prior to receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in the fall of 2015.
“Creating a current, sophisticated space tailored to fit an individual’s needs is very important to me. I work collaboratively with my clients to understand their needs, use of space, budget and overall goals while applying my experience and European influences to strive for the ultimate synergy. Each project is a new adventure and I take great satisfaction in exceeding both my client’s expectations and my own. I truly look forward to assisting you as part of the Dybdahl Design Group team!”
Christina has nearly 20 years of experience in the field both before and after earning her Masters of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture and Design at The George Washington University. Originally from Illinois, she has lived and worked as a designer in multiple locations, including New York City, Chicago, Amsterdam, and Washington DC. She and her family live in the Westmorland neighborhood of Madison, where they enjoy easy access to bike paths, parks, tennis courts, and a wealth of great restaurants.
Christina moved to Madison in 2012 as an independent interior designer and has worked with dozens of clients here on everything from bathroom renovations to “man caves” to entire home makeovers, guiding each one to reflect the client’s unique style and taste. “I believe a home’s design and space are part of a holistic approach to living, so I put a lot of thought into each project I undertake.”
Her approach is based on her classic education and years of experience with a lifelong love of design. And her personal style can be described as warm contemporary—a mix of modern clean lines and natural warm materials.
