Elegant Kitchen Redo

During the renovation, the mudroom entry from the garage was reoriented, and a portion of the ample front closet found a new purpose, resulting in the creation of a charming first-floor powder room. Existing radiators were relocated to establish two new 4-foot wide openings into the kitchen, fostering a more open and inviting ambiance. Stripping the walls, ceilings, and flooring down to the original framing allowed for the addition of foam insulation, enhancing both energy efficiency and comfort. A heated kitchen floor was also introduced, bringing warmth and a modern touch to the renovated space.
